Abstract Terconazole is one of the triazole derivatives with an antifungal effect. It used locally to treat vaginal yeast infections. could interact copper cations in vagina or uterus women who use intrauterine device releasing cations. Other complexes differ their properties like toxicity mobility. Cu 2+ can be reduced presence triazoles, which lead a Fenton-like reaction and production free radicals. Thus, /Cu + terconazole system potentially dangerous. Stoichiometry, fragmentation, stability forming were studied tandem mass spectrometry. The was measured within pH range 4.0–7.2, concentration ratio CuCl 2 1:5 20:1, water ethanol as solvents (1:1). achieved results suggest that partially oxidized /terconazole this oxidation depends on solution.
